This scheme of work was written for Year 9 PSHE but can be used for either year 9, 10 or 11. It has a scheme of work containing learning objectives, learning outcomes, suggested activities and homework as well as suggested closed and open questions. There are six accompanying power points for each lesson, as well as a clear workbook for students to work through. It enables students to develop leadership skills through creating and delivering a workshop about ant-bullying to younger students.

These thoughts for the week cover SMSC and Safeguarding issues, as well as promoting personal reflection regarding the person we want to be. There are 39 power point slides that can be used in assemblies or during tutor time. They can also be used in a tutor time prior to an assembly to enable Form Tutors to have a discussion with students and for the Pastoral Leader to use it as an assembly starter.

This PSHE scheme of work addresses the rights and responsibilities everyone has in order to ensure social media is a safe place to be. It was written to deliver in Year 9 PSHE, but could be used for Years 7 - 9. The scheme of work develops debating skills where arguments for and against social media headlines are debated. The scheme of work includes suggested activities, homework, suggested open and closed questions, learning objectives and outcomes. Their are five power points to accompany each lesson.

This 35 minute PSHE lesson plan covers the following objectives: - Understand what Female Genital Mutilation is. - Understand the facts about Female Genital Mutilation. - Understand the effects of FGM. The lesson plan contain lesson objectives, learning outcomes and activities. There is an accompanying power point for this lesson. There is one slide that you will need to insert a picture to be able to label the female genital area.

This power point, lesson plan and resources focuses on the following objectives: - Be able to show an understanding of LGBT facts. - Be able to understand how labelling people can cause harm. - Be able to identify people from achievement as opposed to sexuality. - Be able to plan and action positive change. The lesson plan contains learning objectives, learning outcomes and suggested activities. There is an accompanying power point and resources. You will need to insert four pictures if you want to show pictures of the celebrities in the power point. I am unable to include them for copyright reasons.

This unit of work contains learning objectives, learning outcomes, differentiation, closed and open suggested questions as well as tasks. There is also a student resource booklet included. The unit of work covers the national and school environment and recycling. Students will be guided to complete a school survey and create an action plan for environment improvements, as well as try to persuade others to recycle. This is a six week unit of work.

This assembly has been created where the British Values of law, democracy, individual liberty, respect and tolerance are addressed. This leads to a final slide on “Togetherness”. The assembly asks questions that can either be rhetorical where students are reflective or answered if preferred. This was previously an Advent (British Values) assembly, but I have edited it so it just looks at British Values.
